We know that looking for a job can often feel tedious and exhausting.
So at Printify, we value transparency.
That’s why we’ve broken down our hiring process into clear steps so you know exactly what to expect.
Intro Chat
If our Recruitment Team believes that you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call.
Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about Printify.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager.
The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Practical Task
Some roles require our candidates to complete a practical assignment. It helps us assess your problem-solving skills and your ability to complete the duties required for the role.
These can come in the form of a take-home assignment or a live session where a dedicated team member will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
For some roles, such as Senior Front-end or Back-end Software Engineer, you will be invited to a 90-minute coding session with our engineers to solve a coding challenge.
In other cases, we might also invite you to a 60-90-minute whiteboard session.
Peer Interviews
You would also meet some of the peers you’d be working closely with. These interviews can come in the form of 1:1s or group calls of 30-45 minutes.
For most engineering roles, you would usually proceed straight to the final interview.
Final Interview
Your last meeting will be a 60-minute call with a member of senior management relevant to your role.
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.

While requirements may differ across roles, there are certain qualities that we look for in every candidate. We want to see if your experience matches the role requirements. We value strong communication skills, a passion for learning, a drive for improvement, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Being an international company, proficiency in English is a must for all our roles.
In addition to your experience, skills, and knowledge being a fit for the role, there are some other things to bear in mind:
Make sure your answers are concise and to the point. It is our goal to get to know you as a person and as a professional, but we do need to do it within the time set aside for the interview.
