The Team

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.
As Recruitment Manager, you will lead and implement the strategy of our recruitment function. You will work together with a team of talented recruiters and recruitment lead and play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to fuel Printify's continued growth. This role has a strategic focus. Recruitment lead and team of recruiters have an operational focus. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including:

Recruitment Team: You will provide guidance and support to the recruitment team, ensuring they are aligned with the broader strategic goals and utilizing the right tools and processes to achieve success.
HR: You will collaborate with fellow HR leaders to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with overall HR policies and objectives, such as workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee retention strategies, and compliance with employment laws.
Senior Management/Executives: You will partner with C-level executives and senior management to understand the organization's long-term goals and how they translate into talent acquisition needs. You may also be responsible for reporting on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges to this group.
Finance Department: You will work with the finance team for budgeting, forecasting, and managing the costs associated with recruitment activities. This includes negotiating and managing contracts with external vendors or agencies.
IT Department: You will collaborate with the IT department to select and implement recruitment tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the company's IT infrastructure.
Legal and Compliance Teams: You will work with legal advisors to ensure that the recruitment processes and policies adhere to legal standards and regulations, especially in multinational corporations.
Marketing/Brand Management: You will partner with the marketing or brand management teams to ensure employer branding initiatives are in sync with the company's overall brand and marketing strategies.
External Partners and Vendors: You will manage relationships with external partners like recruitment agencies, job boards, and software vendors, ensuring they meet the company's needs and standards.
Department Heads and Hiring Managers: While the recruitment team handles day-to-day interactions, you may also be involved in strategic discussions with department heads and hiring managers to understand their long-term hiring needs and challenges.
Data and Analytics Teams: You will collaborate with data analysts to interpret recruitment data and gain insights for strategic decision-making.

The Role

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from developing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy to managing the recruitment budget and overseeing the use of recruitment tools and technology. You will be a data-driven leader, leveraging insights from recruitment data to continuously improve our processes and ensure we attract the best talent for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of the overall recruitment strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Leading and coaching a team of recruiters, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for open positions.
  • Analyzing recruitment data and identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Overseeing the selection, implementation, and utilization of recruitment tools and technology.
  • Managing the recruitment budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.
  • Staying abreast of market trends and best practices in recruitment to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including HR, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and tools.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
