The Role

As a Production Quality Coordinator, you will play an important role in improving the quality produced by suppliers of Printify.

We expect you to take full ownership to regularly order and review samples, to point out improvements, and to help our suppliers on-site. You regularly provide supplier reviews about their quality and processes.

Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this position. 

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate regular sampling process across different suppliers, receiving them and marking gaps as per global quality standard
  • Build long-term relationships with suppliers and their quality team
  • Develop and implement new processes to achieve constant quality using benchmark
  • Supervise onboarding of new suppliers
  • Cooperate closely with key stakeholders to understand the business needs but also point out suppliers’ capabilities

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
  • Minimum 2 years experience in quality management
  • Team player with the ability to self-manage and use planning tools
  • Ownership and responsibility are core competencies
  • Based in Las Vegas or open for relocation

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of the print industry, and decorating methods like DTG, embroidery, paper press, screen printing, laser engraving, etc
  • Project management or PMP qualification
