Printify will use this investment to further expand its marketplace and to hire the best talents available around the world.

The Role

As a Partnership Manager for China, you will play a pivotal role in researching, establishing, and managing relationships with suppliers, partners, and shipping carriers based in China. 

This role involves a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, and operational execution to drive revenue growth and optimize partner experiences. 

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supplier and Carrier Research:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers located in China.
  • Research shipping carriers operating from China to the US, EU, and other regions.

  • Business Exploration and Auditing:
  • Prepare for and undertake travel to China and other relevant countries to explore potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct audits of production facilities to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential suppliers, partners, and shipping carriers.
  • Manage the assigned portfolio of Printify Production Partners and shipping carriers to drive revenue growth.

  • Understanding of Partners and Carriers:
  • Gain a deep understanding of each partner's business model, offerings, and pricing structure.
  • Understand shipping carriers' costs, service level agreements (SLAs), and different service levels.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative and efficient strategies to drive revenue.
  • Run systematic processes to maintain partner relationships and maximize their revenue from the Printify partnership.

  • Programs and Campaigns:
  • Run partner programs, campaigns, and promotions within the assigned portfolio of Printify Partners.
  • Monitor technical support performance and recommend solutions to optimize partner revenue and experience.

  • Training and Support:
  • Train and support partners on all new product initiatives to enhance their ability to optimize revenue and experience.

  • Problem Identification and Solutions:
  • Proactively identify problems or inefficiencies through research and data analysis.
  • Propose effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with other stakeholders and departments to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.
  • Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Proven experience in account management, partnership management, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
