The team

We transform business dreams into awesome digital products. We do this magic through 24 loosely coupled squads - each specializing in their own area of expertise. These include but are not limited to, Demand Integrations, Growth, Order, Payments, Supply, Product Presentation, and many others. Printify is a true product company. Each engineering squad works on its own product or area of expertise tirelessly.

As a Data Analyst within our Engineering team, you will:

  • Collect and manage data from various engineering sources, including project management tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team and project performance.
  • Uncover insights related to engineering productivity, efficiency, and technical debt, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Create reports and dashboards for senior leadership and team members, highlighting important metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with both the Engineering and Data Analytics departments to fulfill the data analysis needs of the Engineering team.
  • We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Has proven experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on software engineering or IT operations, however, this is not a pre-requisite.
  • Is proficient in SQL and familiar with Python data analysis, Snowflake knowledge is considered as an advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong skills in data visualization tools and techniques, Looker knowledge is considered as an advantage.
  • Can communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Is proactive, curious, and collaborative, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
