Position description
We are looking for an experienced professional with a profound IT background having a focus on office IT infrastructure management. The goal for this role is to both improve technical excellence and end-user experience of the internal business-oriented IT support service.
Responsibilities:
Assist IT users with solving daily issues (ticket requests, local and remote assistance)Take part in computer equipment management (stock management, equipment hand-outs/hand-ins, supplier and service management)Manage office IT infrastructure (local networking, printers, CCTV, access control, meeting rooms, wall screens)Administer productivity and collaboration, mobile device management (MDM), identity management (IDM), endpoint protection, ticketing and other office infrastructure management platformsCreate integrated solutions for productivity, collaboration, MDM, IDM, endpoint protection in MacOS environmentWork on integrations, scripting and data manipulations to create request workflow automations, data interfaces and reportsTake part in system and service implementation projects/activitiesWork together with business and engineering units to align expectations on project/activity outcomes
Required skills:
Profound knowledge managing user computers and endpoint devices (Apple MacOS and/or Linux knowledge considered as an advantage)Profound experience and skills implementing and administering office IT management platforms:Productivity and collaboration (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Slack)Mobile device management (e.g. Intune, Jamf, Airwatch)Identity management (e.g. Okta, Azure Active Directory)Endpoint protection (e.g. Bitdefender, Checkpoint, Kaspersky)Profound Experience managing office IT infrastructure (network devices, WiFi, printers, CCTV etc.)Experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) preferredGood understanding of network and IT system security concepts and practical implementationsConceptual understanding of system architecture and system integrationsScripting language (Bash, PowerShell, Python) skills preferredCloud computing (AWS) or server virtualization management skills considered as an advantageAdvanced English skillsWhat we offer:
