The team

The objective of the Accounting team is to ensure high accounting data accuracy in a timely manner as well as be responsible for Printify’s statutory and tax compliance. We partner with product and operational teams to provide them with critical accounting information necessary for making decisions. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assisting business growth from the accounting perspective.

The role

As a Junior Accountant, you will be a part of Printify’s accounting team and will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, receivable invoices, daily credit card statement transactions, and fixed asset records. Additionally, you will help the team with accounting data input and be a part of an amazing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase ledger invoices (maintain and update Accounts Payable records);
  • Follow-up with invoice approval flow, archive signed agreements;
  • Perform daily credit card statement reconciliations & bookings;
  • Verify submitted Sales Tax certificates;
  • Maintain fixed assets records and reconciliations, assist in yearly inventory check;
  • Maintain all accounting supporting document registers;
  • Respond to internal and external queries;
  • Participate and perform month-end closing and reporting activities;
  • Perform other daily accounting tasks (assist senior accountant).
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work experience in an accounting outsourcing company or shared service center;
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or economics;
  • Strong written & verbal English communication skills;
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong financial and numeracy skills, including high levels of accuracy;
  • Experience with accounting software (preferably Horizon);
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to comply with deadlines;
  • Hardworking and personally dedicated to results.
