The Role

As a Video Content Manager, you’ll focus on planning, organizing, and optimizing video content for multiple platforms. You’ll support communication and marketing programs using comprehensive content management strategies to promote our mission and brand.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, research, schedule, and publish creative, compassionate video content across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and various advertising channels.
  • Ensure that video content is consistent with our brand.
  • Manage a diverse range of video types, including those for marketing, product reviews, explainer videos, and social media.
  • Organize and manage video content schedules, coordinating with videographers, editors, and all relevant team members to ensure smooth project workflows, timely delivery, and high-quality results.
  • Research relevant topics and trends, sourcing external materials to enrich our content.
  • What You Need

  • 2+ years of professional experience in content management, preferably with a focus on video content.
  • Track record of managing and optimizing content for performance marketing on digital media channels.
  • Strong research skills and understanding of video content trends on platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
