We are seeking a Senior Country Manager to lead our sales, customer success, and marketing efforts and drive growth in the Vietnamese market.
Role Description:
The Country Manager will drive sales and revenue growth in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or print-on-demand, and be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a market strategy to achieve revenue and growth targetsManage and motivate a team of sales, success, and marketing representatives to achieve individual and team goalsIdentify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in VietnamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotionsAnalyze market trends and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growthMonitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior managementCoach the team to improve their professional skills and attainment
Role Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, country management, or growth management rolesExperience in tech startups, e-commerce, or print-on-demand industriesStrong leadership and people management skillsProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluent in Vietnamese and English
