The Role

The success of our merchants means success for us. And for us, that means providing an outstanding, value adding merchant experience at all times. To facilitate this, we are looking for a Merchant Success Manager to join our Merchant Success and Sales team. Your role as a Merchant Success Manager is to help high-growth, high-volume merchants be successful on the Printify platform by facilitating the use of the platform and data-supported advisory and consulting. You will develop strong relationships with the merchants in your portfolio, and help them with long-term solutions to their biggest roadblocks. Ultimately, you’re here to understand their goals and advise them on the best way to achieve those goals with Printify. 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on the retention and growth goals on the portfolio of your merchants
  • Successfully manage the portfolio of existing high volume merchants by developing and maintaining long-term business relationships
  • Onboard, train and educate new merchants on the use of Printify platform
  • Assist merchants with long term planning and provide solutions that enable growth
  • Provide merchants with guidance on how to effectively use Printify platform, best e-commerce practices and the industry trends to help them achieve their long term business goals
  • Retain the merchants, and identify growth opportunities within the managed portfolio 
  • Align the customer expectations and needs against the company roadmap
  • Assist in activities that increase Printify’s presence among Vietnamese merchants
  • Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales roles
  • Proven track record of goal attainment
  • Passion for technologies and eCommerce
  • Experience in software and/or technology industry, and/or Print on Demand industry
  • Experience with analytics and business Intelligence tools is preferred, with CRM required
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Vietnamese proficiency
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn new technologies
  • A team player with focus and determination for professional growth and goal attainment
  • Someone who handles adversity with poise and polish - you are able to turn a situation around to make a client feel heard and well-positioned for success.
