The team

The objective of the Strategic Finance team is to accelerate the growth of Printify by identifying and implementing new opportunities. We partner with product and operational teams to improve the profitability and scalability of the business. As a member of this team, you will assist in driving high-impact initiatives.

The role

As an associate, you will partner with respective pricing and profitability teams that has a critical role in the growth and profitability of the business and ensure / support key decision-making processes. You will develop detailed financial and operational models, conduct analyses, forecast future outcomes and ensure that team’s initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes;
  • Analyze financial data and trends, identify key insights, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance;
  • Monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic goals;
  • Identify and prioritize high probability strategic initiatives and take the lead in conducting experimentation to evaluate their feasibility and potential impact;
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.

    • We expect you to have

  • Around 2 years of professional experience in corporate finance, strategic finance or FP&A;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling and data analysis tools;
  • Experience in querying data and working with large datasets;
  • SQL knowledge - intermediate to advanced level is preferred but not a pre-requisite;
  • Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate data analysis result for non-financial background audience;
  • Working experience with BI and analysis tools;
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
  • Excellent command of English.

    • It would be a bonus if you have

  • Solid data visualization skills (i.e. Looker experience);
  • Previous experience in a SAAS or platform business.
