The Team

The objective of the Tax team is to ensure high tax data accuracy in a timely manner as well as be responsible for Printify’s statutory and tax compliance. We partner with product and operational teams to provide them with critical tax information necessary for making decisions. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assisting business growth from the tax perspective.

The Role

Printify is looking for a motivated, hands-on Indirect Tax Specialist who is ready to grow and develop together with the company as well as support growing operations. This role will work closely with accounting, reporting and other business and product teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own process of US customer sales tax exemption certificate review.
  • Maintain appropriate records on exemption certificates' validity and expiration dates.
  • Research tax legislative framework in various jurisdictions to ensure compliant tax reporting.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant guidance (written communication in English).
  • Liaise with tax authorities where required.
  • Perform indirect tax (sales tax and VAT) reconciliations against tax reporting and turnover data.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • Prepare and file statistical reports if required.
  • Communicate on specific matters within finance and accounting teams as well as other company’s departments (such as customer support, IT, etc.).
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience within tax, accounting or related finance functions.
  • Experience in preparing and filing VAT returns.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Structured approach to work and ability to maintain a high level of concentration.
  • High sense of responsibility and desire to research and learn about new topics.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Willingness to provide guidance.
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

The remuneration for this role ranges from €2000 to €2500 gross per month, based on your qualifications, experience, and skills.
