A Senior Learning & Development Specialist will own key business areas of the Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with L&D Lead to independently deliver scalable learning programs and processes. You are an established individual contributor in the field of learning and development. At the same time, you maintain a customer-centric and product-oriented mindset. You will be part of a team that prioritizes Printifyer’s development and learning experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Career Development
  • Identify key opportunities to deliver learning services on the topic of career development for all Printifyers
  • Initiate a project to introduce Printify’s mentoring program
    • Onboarding
  • Be the process owner of the currently established company onboarding process
  • Create a structured onboarding process framework that helps new employees integrate into the company, department, team, and roles
  • Actively listen to and address the needs of internal stakeholders to ensure that their objectives and the onboarding program objectives continue to align
    • Team Coaching
  • Conduct Learning Needs analysis and pinpoint the most common types of issues at Printify.
  • Develop and/or petition for resources to design and deliver solutions
  • Work in close collaboration with Agile coaches to deliver a cross-disciplinary solution
    • Company-wide Learning Champion
  • Promote well-being topics that interest all Printifyers in a manner that is scalable and effective in collaboration with partners within and outside of the organization
    • Leadership Development
  • Partner with L&D Lead to facilitate learning sessions and workshops (in-person/virtual) for first-time, frontline, and middle managers
    • Behavioral Consulting
  • Offer guidance to internal stakeholders who seek to initiate department or organization-wide behavior change

    • Minimum qualifications

  • Located in Riga, Latvia, or Tallinn, Estonia, or willing to relocate. We support remote work, however as some L&D programs are delivered on-site, we prefer the candidate to be based close to our office.
  • 4+ years of experience in learning and development in a regional or global capacity
  • Experience in leading learning initiatives end-to-end at scale
  • Experienced facilitator both in person and online settings and an engaging public speaker
  • Experience managing and challenging organizational and team leaders’ expectations to advance L&D priorities
  • Experience working in close collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver and maintain a quality learning program 
  • Comfortable working with available data and able to network with relevant teams in order to fetch relevant data
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

  • Located in Riga, Latvia, or Willingness to Relocate
  • Master’s degree in a related field (Adult Education, Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development) or equivalent experience
  • Experience choosing and vetting vendors based on learning objectives and available financial resources Clients & SMEs & Partners
  • Experience consulting department heads and senior leaders
  • Experience delivering learning initiatives that benefit the entire company

    We value transparency and strive to offer competitive compensation packages based on fair and equitable principles. The remuneration for this role ranges from €2400 to €2800 gross per month, based on your location and qualifications, experience, and skills.
