About The Role

We’re looking for a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer who crafts best-in-class solutions through thorough product reasoning. In this role you will design end-to-end experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions for web & mobile experiences.

Your Daily Tasks will Entail:

  • Define and frame the problem space and explore multiple solutions before landing on a final solution,
  • Design end-to-end experiences for a dedicated product area, 
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of design solutions using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience,
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Management to to co-create strategic direction and plan roadmap in line with business objectives,
  • Contribute to Printful’s UI design quality, including our design system,
  • Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership.

    • Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of working experience at product-driven companies,
  • Proven track record designing digital products across web and mobile platforms,
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills,
  • Proven experience conducting user research to validate design approaches,
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, experience using and building design systems.
  • Strong background in A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
