The Role:
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in our hiring efforts, collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders to attract top talent globally. From designing effective hiring plans to building meaningful relationships with candidates, your work will directly impact our team's success. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in a company that values innovation and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including identifying qualified external talent, customer management, candidate engagement, candidate experience, and offer management.Work closely with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions.Cultivate trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth experience for all.Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our commitment to a global workforce.Drive initiatives to streamline recruiting processes, using data to improve efficiency continuously.Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices and in-house or external hiring events.Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical and/or product recruiting, with a proven track record of success.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing structure with adaptability.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting for startup environments or similar fast-paced settings.Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results independently.Passion for delivering positive candidate experiences while achieving impactful outcomes.What we offer:
