The Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and enhancement of our website, ensuring that it remains efficient, user-friendly, and visually appealing. The WordPress Manager will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless and engaging online experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and manage website content using WordPress, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create, plan, and implement site content, style, and layout that aligns with the brand’s identity and objectives.
  • Work with developers to oversee updates, including publishing and maintaining fresh content, blogs, landing pages, and multimedia (e.g., images, videos).
  • Ensure website performance by regularly conducting site audits, speed tests, and troubleshooting issues related to themes, plugins, and overall site functionality.
  • Collaborate with CRO specialists to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests aimed at improving conversion rates, user engagement, and the effectiveness of web pages and marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize website for SEO by following best practices in site architecture, metadata, and content structuring.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, user experience (UX), and content management to continuously improve the site.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Manager, Web Developer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of website management.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress CMS.
  • Experience with WordPress page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Understanding of website performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, CDN, image optimization).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving ability.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Figma) is a plus.

    We value transparency and strive to offer competitive compensation packages based on fair and equitable principles. The remuneration for this role ranges from €2000 to €2900 gross per month, based on your location and qualifications, experience, and skills.
