The Supply Operations team is the team responsible for driving strategic supplier engagement and for ensuring that Printify is increasing the product selection available to our clients while keeping quality and price to the highest standards. The team includes a broad range of sub-teams and responsibilities, such as Supplier Partnerships, Category Management, Shipping operations, New Product onboarding, Product Presentation and others.
The Chief Supply Operations Role
The Chief Supply Operations will be managing the entire Supply Operations team and will scale it to allow the company to deliver on its ambitious growth objectives. Will be responsible for leading the strategic development and growth of our platform, helping to build our business. An ambitious self-starter with proven analytical capabilities, as well as a strategic mindset with broad operational experience, the Chief Supply Operations will own and drive operational excellence for all operations related to the Supplier side of our Marketplace. They will keep pace with our growth to continually identify ways to improve our operations for the benefit of our customers and will initiate, plan and implement new ideas independently to achieve the company’s objectives and key results.
Your Responsibilities Own & build. You are accountable for the success of all operations on the vendor side of our Marketplace. You are responsible for managing a team of close to 50 people and to triple its size in the next few years. You will own and drive our partnership strategy, new product onboarding, category management, and shipping operations. You must be able to diagnose & address problems quickly, have foresight into potential issues and lead your team in hitting their goalsStrategise. You define and execute on our Supply Operations vision and strategy while balancing short and long-term goalsInfluence. You work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our product selection. You lead the team to deliver results by executing daily, weekly, and monthly targets in support of operating objectivesAnalyse. You incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform business orientation, product strategies, and operational roadmaps and decide on impactful high-level input metricsImprove. You identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions globally. You identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality while solving complex customer interactions and proactively detecting negative trends
Minimum Qualifications Minimum 10 years of proven track record driving supply operations in a retail or eCommerce environmentExperience working with online platformsExperience in high growth environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategyStrong business understanding and customer/supplier empathyExcellent quantitative problem solving and analytical skills
