Note for Printify senior roles
- We support remote work, and this role can be held from the UK or from any country in an EMEA time zone, where the majority of the team is based
- Within the right time zones, employees can work from any country where they have the right to work
- For candidates with no right to live and work in any EMEA country, Printify could provide relocation to Latvia or Estonia, provided the candidate meets immigration criteria set by those countries

As Chief People Officer, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and become a key member of Printify’s leadership team and will define, build and scale our People Strategy. You will be instrumental in scaling up and structuring a best-of-class HR organization to help us reach our ambitious growth objectives while shaping a strong inclusive culture and building processes across the entire HR function.

Your responsibilities

  • Set the HR agenda and strategy by leading and leveraging the best of the HR team skills and expertise to meet the needs of the business and of employees
  • Build and lead a world-class people management team: You will set up a strategy for the People department and develop your own team of people managers and acquisition specialists to support you. You will introduce metrics to track the success of your area of responsibility
  • Work closely with the senior management across the company in order to support them in growing and developing their people strategy, developing talent pools, succession planning, and resources
  • Help to design and foster a progressive, diverse, and high-performing culture in a company that is evolving from a start-up into a mature organisational context
  • Introduce a structured feedback process, ensure coherence of career steps, titles, and salary structure across all positions
  • Constantly monitor the health of the organization and the leadership, make specific recommendations, and give feedback on how to improve it
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience as Chief People Officer or Senior HR executive in a start-up/scale up environment within the tech industry
  • Experience building scalable frameworks for talent attraction, retention, and development in an engineering dominant technology and product culture
  • Experience in acting as a business partner to senior business leaders
  • Experience in a company with highly inclusive and effective culture
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • HR Leadership experience over a scale of at least 1,000 employees
  • Profound understanding of all people disciplines (talent acquisition, employee relations, talent and performance management, organizational development, HR strategy, business partnership, compensation and benefits, HR operations, mobility, and others)
  • Strategic thinking skills to work with the Partnership Group to set direction, including anticipating business needs and identifying talent threats and opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills – experience building relationships across departments and resolving conflicts
  • Positive, dynamic, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers
