To facilitate this, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success and Sales team. Your role as a CSM is to help high-growth, high-volume merchants be successful on the Printify platform by facilitating the use of the platform and data-supported advisory and consulting. You will develop strong relationships with the merchants in your portfolio, and help them with long-term solutions to their biggest roadblocks. Ultimately, you’re here to understand their goals and advise them on the best way to achieve those goals.
