The role
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, draws energy from pulling together different parts of the organization to create focus on the program objectives, and creates value for both Printify and our customers. As a critical part of the team, a successful Delivery Manager will be organized, strong in project management, able to shift seamlessly between shaping larger organizational priorities and smaller daily tasks, and have excellent communication skills.
Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align priorities for the assigned programs/projects in the context of organizational strategic objectives.Oversee and manage ongoing operational needs and key deliverables for the function and/or organization. Create operational rhythm and use metrics to facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.Own the development, organization, and execution of large, complex projects from inception to operational execution and effectively develop and communicate program/project statuses.Facilitate and lead discussions regarding scope and deliverables. Track action items and follow-ups as needed.Take ownership of documentation and knowledge repositories in relation to your programs/projects; as well as being the central point of contact for all topics related to delivery.Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to support organizational strategy and priorities.Partner with the Delivery Owner to manage escalations and align tasks to the overall operational rhythm, while anticipating needs to further improve delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
An agile mindset3-5 years of experience with project management, research, operations, consulting, or related field.Experience working with team members from all levels of an organization.Experience managing multiple tasks under deadlines and shifting priorities whilst maintaining focus on the overall objectives of the programs/projects.Experience delivering solutions in a matrix environment.Experience influencing stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Effective communication skills, including experience in defining and simplifying complex concepts and communicating them back to stakeholders.Strong negotiation skills.Experience presenting and working effectively with senior stakeholders.Experience building and cultivating relationships.Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized and structured manner.
