The role
As Executive Assistant to our CPO and CTO, you will support them on their daily administrative and operational tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will provide executive support in a one-to-one working relationship. Your tasks will include calendar management, setting up documentation and frameworks for meetings, coordinating travel and working on business presentations and other executive documents.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant who will thrive in an international, collaborative and fast-paced working environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to establish relationships and multi-tasking skills will be valuable to be successful in this role.
Your responsibilities
Organize the rigorous agenda of the CPO/CTO: Prioritize inquiries and requests, resolve conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth daily activity. Keep track of commitments and follow up when needed. Time and energy management: manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements, prepare and send meeting materials, create meeting agendas, prepare meeting notes and memosAssist the CTO in working with all engineering managers; task division, handling documentation, supporting cross squad communicationManage travel logistics: this includes booking of flights, ticketing, hotel reservations, visa applications and billing afterwardsCoordinate special projectsRunning personal errands and tasks may be required
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines as well as a strong sense of prioritization and ability to multitaskHigh integrity and the ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality regarding all business mattersAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functionsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsA high level of flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
