We are looking for a Head of Research to join our growing Research Team. At Printify, we are passionate about research, and the experience of our customers is at the heart of our philosophy and everything we do. Research at Printify is a team of currently 5 professionals from different backgrounds and with different research superpowers.
As a Head of Research at Printify, you will grow and lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers to guide and support Printify’s strategic decisions, and to explore new opportunities for the business, by leveraging user experience, product, and market research. We are looking for a visionary Head of Research capable of empowering the Research team to have a significant impact on the business and to nurture a culture of customer-centricity across the entire organization.

Your responsibilitiesGrow, inspire and manage a team of researchers, working across different product areas, and applying qualitative and quantitative user and market research;Develop deep and trusting partnerships with the Product Leadership, Marketing, and Executive teams to ensure that Research efforts impact higher strategic objectives effectively;Develop and execute strategies to enhance the research scalability and impact;Establish a holistic approach for how to foster customer-centricity in decision-making at all levels of the organization;Establish a process for continuous and effective insights sharing across the organization;Contribute to the cross-functional strategic planning process;Enable non-researchers to learn and apply a user-centric approach in their decision-making, by building research programs for sharing knowledge on research best practices;Drive innovation by promoting new approaches to conducting research and socializing the research findings.
Minimum QualificationsExperience leading and growing a research team in a high-growth company;At least 5 years of practical hands-on experience as a researcher in multiple product organizations and business contexts;Ability to navigate and influence complex product organizations, and to guide stakeholders in the use of research to support their decisions;Ability to direct complex research at scale through effective stakeholder management and use of a variety of research methods;Experience with mentoring, inspiring, and developing a team of researchers;Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in eCommerce or online marketplace companies;Experience working in the world of B2B product research;Experience managing remote geographically dispersed teams;Have successfully recruited high-profile talent for your team.
