Printify's Accounting Team ensures high accounting data accuracy in a timely manner and is responsible for Printify’s statutory and tax compliance. We partner with product and operational teams to provide them with critical accounting information necessary for making decisions. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assisting the business growth from the accounting perspective.
As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, receivable invoices, daily bank statement transactions, and fixed asset records. Additionally, you will help the team with accounting data input and will be a part of an amazing Finance team.
Your ResponsibilitiesProcess purchase ledger invoices (maintain and update AP records)Process receivable invoices (maintain and update AR records)Perform daily bank statement reconciliation, bookings, and supplier payment runsMaintain fixed assets records and reconciliations and assist in yearly inventory checkMaintain all accounting supporting document registersResponding to internal and external queriesParticipate and perform month-end closing and reporting activitiesPerform other daily accounting tasks (assist senior accountant)
Minimum QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in an outsourcing accounting company or shared service centerDegree in accounting, finance, or economicsStrong written & verbal Latvian and English communication skillsGood MS Excel skills
