We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build prospect lists according to the predefined criteria for Printify's ICPs. The ideal candidate has previous experience with sales databases and prospecting tools, has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching the market and prospecting leads. You should be a quick learner and a good communicator with strong data and analytical skills.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to start as an SDR and grow within the sales team.
Your responsibilitiesBuild prospect lists of potential accounts according to the predefined ICP criteria for the sales team to approach. Be responsible for building, maintaining and improving functional and scalable sales prospecting processes to provide the sales team with leads.Be responsible for the data enrichment and sales enablement tool stack to add more granular data and insights about the prospective accounts to the prospect database and the CRM (Pipedrive).Work together with the CRM admin and the Sales team to continuously improve the prospecting and lead generation process.Research and identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
What you need2+ year of experience in a sales development, prospecting or other sales role (experience in exactly a sales development role or experience in tech sales will be considered an advantage).Interest in sales and willingness to learn and grow in a Sales position. Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong data analysis skills.Optional (but preferred): previous experience with Pipedrive or other Sales CRM.Optional (but preferred): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar.
