The Role
As Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you are joining us as an expert in the field of reward in Printify. Working very closely with Recruitment, HR Operations, Finance and external advisors, you will be responsible for executing our global reward policy and structure. You will be responsible for the strategic development of our compensation and benefits policy while remaining extremely operational in its implementation. You will help us to optimise our ability to hire and retain top talents while keeping equitable processes across the organization. You are comfortable working with data and enjoy collaborating with your teammates to find resourceful and creative solutions to make our processes more efficient.
Your responsibilities
Support the implementation and execution of our global total reward philosophy and strategyLead the development and maintenance of benefit programsKeep up to date with the compensation structures in the organisation (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the company's needs, culture and valuesBenchmark jobs against compensation survey data and other market intelligence sources to determine competitive salary ranges for each positionAnalyse the compensation structure for existing employees to propose and implement required adjustmentsCollaborate with finance to process all equity-related activity including grants and exercisesStay current with market trends and ensure compliance with local country regulations as it relates to compensationPerform regular compensation & benefits reporting and data auditsProactively optimise processes and operations related to global equity operationsIdentify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employeesProvide subject matter expertise to business stakeholders and HR team members, developing and maintaining strong relationshipsConduct and lead training as needed to ensure a strong understanding of the company’s total reward philosophy and structure
Minimum qualifications
Previous experience of 3 years in compensation and benefits in a regional or global capacityExperience working with external data providers and preparing data submission for salary surveys, benefits and othersStrong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

Experience driving a total reward model and implementing it across the companyKnowledge of laws and tax regulations around equityExperience of working in a startup or other fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills – experience building relationships across departments and resolving conflictsPositive, dynamic, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude
