The Team

Printify's Data Platform Squad sits in the middle of the company's core data infrastructure.  Squad's main objective is to provide a scalable and compliant way for users to solve their needs around descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics in a self-service way.

The Role

We are looking for a responsible and hard-working solution analyst to join our efforts in taking over the print-on-demand industry. You would work in an international environment with talented teammates in a casual atmosphere. You’ll have your hands on very rich and diverse data related to the print-on-demand universe.

Your responsibilities

  • Define solution requirements by gathering and analysing necessary data sets to drive the success outcome of a strategic initiative
  • Translate solution requirements in functional designs. When needed, assist teams with technical designs and align solution and implementation efforts across teams to achieve expected outcome
  • Develop a functional and NFR requirements specification
  • Analyse and map all relevant business processes and technical solutions to identify gaps and bottlenecks that require extra attention
  • Research any rules and compliance that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organisational mandates
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of solutions
  • Oversee product quality assurance and roll outs
  • Together with BI & data scientists, build data insight dashboards and automated analytical reports
  • Continuously improve product features with suggestions from ad-hoc and regular data analysis

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, physics, economics or a related quantitative field required
  • Strong written & verbal English communication skills 
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in system analysis
  • 3+ years of professional experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
  • 1+ years of professional experience using SQL-like language
  • Relevant experience on Information Analysis and on Functional Design;
  • Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarised solution analysis results
  • Independent curiosity and critical thinking; a history of taking initiative and questioning assumptions
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Looker experience
  • Advanced SQL
  • Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis
  • Experience with many integrations and complex solutions analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel usage for data analysis
