Note for Printify roles: 
- We support remote work and this role can be held from Ukraine or from any country in an EMEA time zone, where the majority of the team is based.
- Within the right timezones, employees can work from any country where they have the right to work.
- For candidates with no right to live and work in any EMEA country, Printify could provide relocation to Latvia or Estonia, provided the candidate meets immigration criteria set by those countries.

 The role:
As a Technical Recruiter, you are responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process from talent identification to offer. You will work very closely and consultatively with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and will create an amazing candidate experience to develop lasting relationships with both parties. 
You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced company while remaining creative and flexible to adapt to a fast-changing environment. You will always keep in mind the best interest of the company to push back with candidates or hiring managers when needed, while nevertheless providing amazing customer service.
You are comfortable with drawing insights from data, and enjoy collaborating with your teammates to find resourceful and creative solutions to make our hiring processes more efficient.

The responsibilities:

  • Hire technical talents, providing outstanding customer partnership, domain talent expertise, and subject matter expertise in the process
  • Manage full cycle recruiting from inception to completion (identifying qualified external talent, customer management, candidate engagement, candidate experience, offer management)
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • Partner closely with executive leaders, advising on search strategy to identify the very best candidate for their role.
  • Act as a talent sourcing expert by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements
  • Build relationships with candidates, gaining knowledge of their requirements and concerns, and keeping them continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR Operations, Compensation, Mobility, Onboarding, ...)
  • Advocate for equity and inclusion in the hiring process and ensure that all candidate pipelines are representative of the talent market and our users
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices and in-house or external hiring events
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing for technical positions
  • Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
  • Experience in building and implementing a talent acquisition strategy
  • Experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients and advising leaders on hiring
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a startup or other fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, scientists, and senior leaders
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
  • Experience influencing candidates & driving toward results
  • Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
  • Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems and data management/reporting tools
