As the HRIS Specialist, you will work with internal customers to assist in research and fact-finding to develop and/or modify human resources systems, to streamline and enhance processes and procedures across the company. You'll prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written as well as analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary.
Assist internal users with troubleshooting HRIS system issues and questions
Serve as a liaison between HR subject matter experts and the HRIS technical team to resolve issues and improve functionality
Perform light configuration within HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Lattice, HiBob, CultureAmp)
Develop, maintain, and support custom and standard reports and dashboards to meet business needs
Lead or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring accurate functionality before deployment
Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and troubleshooting documentation
Conduct “voice of customer” sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
Manage multiple small to mid-sized HRIS projects with accountability for timelines and deliverables
2–4 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, HiBob, Lattice, or CultureAmp, Okta etc)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good eye for detail
Hands-on experience creating reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting system configuration
Comfortable collaborating with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and confident using data to tell a story
Clear communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Monthly salary starting from EUR 2,100 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
