We’re seeking a skilled Cut and Sew Product Technology Specialist to join our Research and Development Team and help maintain the smooth operation. Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Developing sewing technology and creating samples of new products based on requirements

  • Providing professional input on selecting the most suitable materials, methods, and equipment for product development

  • Improving existing products to ensure news and best production practices

  • Performing time studies and cost calculations in collaboration with the garment constructor

  • Coordinating fittings and product testing

  • Facilitating communication between production sites

  • Developing, maintaining, and coordinating new product documentation, and ensuring timely updates of existing documentation (SOPs, price calculations, etc.)

  • Contributing to garment technology-related research projects for new product or technique proposals and improvements

Your Qualifications:

  • Higher education in apparel and textile technology or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in clothing and textile technology

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator

  • Interest in industry standards, trends, innovations, and legal aspects

  • Willingness to take initiative and embrace new challenges

  • Strong English skills (both written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
