We’re seeking a skilled Cut and Sew Product Technology Specialist to join our Research and Development Team and help maintain the smooth operation. Developing sewing technology and creating samples of new products based on requirements
Providing professional input on selecting the most suitable materials, methods, and equipment for product development
Improving existing products to ensure news and best production practices
Performing time studies and cost calculations in collaboration with the garment constructor
Coordinating fittings and product testing
Facilitating communication between production sites
Developing, maintaining, and coordinating new product documentation, and ensuring timely updates of existing documentation (SOPs, price calculations, etc.)
Contributing to garment technology-related research projects for new product or technique proposals and improvements
Higher education in apparel and textile technology or a related field
2+ years of experience in clothing and textile technology
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Interest in industry standards, trends, innovations, and legal aspects
Willingness to take initiative and embrace new challenges
Strong English skills (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Monthly salary EUR 1800-2000 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
