Senior Associate- Shift 1A (Sunday to Wednesday)

At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Fulfillment Teams play an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our team and guide their success. Prior experience is a plus, but what matters most is a willingness to learn. We’ll provide you with on-the-job training for the machinery you’ll be working with.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Assist associates with any connectivity, display, software, or hardware issues 

• Assist in troubleshooting machines prior to technician escalation

• Maintaining employee performance and behavior. 

• Conducting Start of Shift Responsibilities 

• Conducting During Shift Responsibilities 

• Create Fiix Tickets when deemed necessary

• Inform Team Lead of production choke points 

• Ensuring PPE Procedures (personal protective equipment) are being followed

• Communicate department challenges with the Team Lead 

• Conducting end-of-shift responsibilities

• Leads the department if the Team Lead is absent

• Assists with lower-level duties to fill the production gap

• Other ad hoc duties as necessary as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Floor Lead
