About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Accounting Project Manager who’s ready to face exciting challenges and explore the depths of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, and other software we use at Printful & Printify.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Lead full-lifecycle ERP implementation projects (scoping, planning, execution, go-live, post-go-live) for Dynamics 365 Finance

  • Define, manage and track project scope, schedule/timelines, budget and resource allocation to ensure delivery on time & within budget

  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with finance/accounting/operations stakeholders, translate business requirements into system design, functional specifications, and fit-gap analysis

  • Oversee configuration, data migration, integration, testing (unit, system, UAT), user training, and go-live readiness for the finance modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) within D365

  • Maintain governance, project reporting (status, milestones, KPIs), communicate with senior leadership and sponsors, and align project outcomes with business strategy

  • Train and consult teammates and provide technical support regarding ERP and other business systems, ensuring knowledge transfer, effective system use, and alignment with best practices across the project team

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in ERP functionality and finance processes 

  • Research and discover the potential of the finance systems we use, and propose improvements

  • Support the accounting team in building data analytics reports in Looker Studio/Power BI

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), end-user policies, training materials, and instructions for project management platforms 

  • Cooperate with the company's software partners

  • Participate in cross-functional accounting and automation projects with internal and external partners

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Axapta ERP, finance, and accounting systems, with a strong working knowledge of finance and accounting modules and processes in ERP (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank)

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance — configuration, implementation, and support

  • Experience identifying, designing, or implementing AI- and data-driven process improvements within ERP or accounting systems

  • Experience in IT, finance, or accounting project management

  • Experience with change management, user adoption, and training strategy

  • Preferably, but not a prerequisite - a degree in IT, accounting, finance, or a similar field 

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Latvian

  • Ability to read and write technical documents

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication and time management skills
