Production Support Liaison - Shift 1B (Thursday to Saturday)

That’s why we’re looking for a Production Support Liaison to work alongside our production teams to quickly identify and address order fulfillment issues.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Communicating with different teams to monitor and report any production-related issues

• Working closely with other teams to manage sample order requests from start to finish

• Identifying and overseeing the fulfillment of Rush and Stuck orders 

• Taking action to resolve Stuck orders and prevent similar issues from occurring

• Coordinating production tasks to ensure quality, efficiency, and timeliness in order fulfillment

• Taking the lead to resolve production-related issues, manage inventory supplies, and make sure returns, damages, and reshipments are processed correctly

• Conducting investigations and audits to resolve issues with store orders

What you’ll bring:
