About The Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Finance Analyst to support our Enterprise Sales channel, focused on large-scale client partnerships. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Enterprise finance and will provide financial insights and strategic guidance to the Head of Enterprise Sales, enabling data-driven decision making and profitable growth.
Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:
Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for enterprise client performance.
Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for enterprise sales.
Evaluate client-level profitability and support strategic pricing initiatives.
Partner with Sales leadership to build strategy, set targets, and drive process buildout throughout the organization.
Manage commission reporting and support compensation planning.
Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide growth initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with Power BI and Looker dashboards preferred.
Experience supporting sales organizations or enterprise accounts preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Monthly salary EUR 3600-4800 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
