Management is very transparent about where the company stands and how teams are doing on goals so that we are all on the same page. Both management and employees are open to new ideas, appreciate different viewpoints, and encourage a healthy debate.

Great place with the best culture I've seen. Culture of learning, diversity, and value of both customers and employees. Good WFH culture if you prefer working remotely.
