About the role:

Our company keeps expanding, so we’re looking for a new addition to our team—a motivated R&D Testing coordinator with a drive to learn, solve problems, and find the best solutions for improving our manufacturing processes. 

Your daily tasks will entail:

• Testing new manufacturing solutions and introducing new products

• Carrying out product testing for DTG, DTFilm, and other techniques on apparel and other categories from A to Z

• Collecting and analyzing data of production tests

• Working on production process improvement and development

• Assistance with pre-press development of the new product introduction

• Preparing and managing offers and integrated solutions for production

• Reporting on project implementations

• Any other responsibilities not listed here that are required by company goals

Here's what we expect from you:

• Technical and analytical mindset

• Strong English (both written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Experience in print production

Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and/or engineering will be considered an advantage

• Monthly salary up to 1,400 - 1,700 EUR gross depending on work experience, education, and skills
