Printful has built world-class in-house production facilities and helps people to build their brands, empowering thousands of businesses—including iconic names like Coca-Cola and MTV.

About the Role

Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way.

We’re looking for an eCommerce Trends Research and Insights Specialist on a temporary contract to join our team and help shape the future of trend-driven e-commerce. You’ll explore emerging tools, identify high-impact trends, and help ensure that our merchants receive the best, most relevant trend recommendations across both Printify and Printful platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your love for social media, pop culture, and ecommerce with a hands-on role that impacts real merchant success.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Testing and evaluating trend generation tools to identify what works best for different merchant segments

  • Building and maintaining a trend tool repository and internal knowledge base

  • Recommending the best trend sources, formats, and delivery methods for different user types, platforms (PFY/PFL), and sales channels

  • Helping define and document best practices for trend-based product recommendations

  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive adoption of trend recommendations across the user experience

  • Supporting experimentation (A/B testing) and measurement of impact on product visibility and GMV

Your Qualifications

  • Passion for ecommerce, social media, and consumer culture, particularly within Western markets

  • Deep interest in internet trends, pop culture, and what’s happening across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest

  • Understanding of the ecommerce merchant journey, including the challenges they face

  • Familiarity with online tools and platforms used for trend discovery, analysis, and delivery

  • Ability to think analytically and support experimentation with a data-driven mindset

  • Self-motivated and organized, with a desire to contribute to knowledge sharing and team learning

  • A plus: experience with A/B testing or trend curation in a previous project, internship, or academic setting

What We Offer:

  • Salary starting from EUR 740 gross monthly depending on your work location

  • Be part of a friendly, inclusive, and global team

  • An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Rīga

  • Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 a.m.)

  • Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office

  • Work Laptop
