Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a Merchant Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help our biggest merchants grow faster, smarter, and with a partner they trust.

We are looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded, and comfortable sitting at the intersection of strategy, data, and relationships. You will manage a portfolio of high-growth merchants and play a key role in shaping how they succeed with Printify/Printful.
Owning a portfolio of top-tier accounts and building real partnerships with them
Creating and running success plans that align with each merchant’s growth goals
Using data to surface trends, solve problems, and spark new ideas
Identifying expansion opportunities and driving them forward
Collaborating with Sales, Product, and other teams to unlock more value for merchants
Acting as a strategic advisor by bringing fresh ideas, industry knowledge, and brand-specific know-how to every conversation
You’ve done this before — 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar role where clients rely on your input
You’ve worked in fast-moving industries like e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
You’ve managed high-growth or high-revenue accounts and know what those relationships take
You’re comfortable switching between strategic thinking and getting hands-on when needed
You know your way around data - spotting trends, asking good questions, and translating numbers into stories
You work well independently and stay focused in a remote-first world
You take initiative - you don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken or try something smarter
You care about commerce and growth - and you like seeing other people succeed
Bonus points if you're familiar with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Looker, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Gong.
Monthly salary of 2400 - 2800 EUR gross + OTV depending on work experience, education, and skills
